We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. Whether you’re in Morocco, the Middle East, Europe, North America, or any other corner of the globe, we’ll deliver your beautiful caftans right to your doorstep. We ship to most countries and regions, and we are constantly expanding our shipping capabilities.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options depending on your location and preferences. Here’s a general guide to our available shipping methods and estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (International):
    Delivery Time: 7-15 business days
    Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Express Shipping (International):
    Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
    Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Domestic Shipping (Morocco):
    Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
    Shipping costs: Free for orders above 300 dollar; otherwise, a flat fee of 100 dollar applies

  • International Express (VIP Delivery):
    Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
    Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, the destination country, and the shipping method you choose. You will be able to view the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

For orders above a certain value 300 dollar, we offer free shipping on select destinations. This offer is subject to change and may be limited to specific regions or promotions.

4. Order Processing

Once you place your order, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Please note the following:

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this link to monitor your order’s journey and get real-time updates on its delivery status.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after your order has been dispatched.

  • International Shipments:
    For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.

  • Domestic Shipments (within Morocco):
    No additional customs duties or taxes will be applied for domestic shipments.
